Manually reviewing and keying in an application forms a time and accuracy bottleneck
Financing applications ask customers for a laundry list of data points that already exist on file elsewhere. Data collected is then re-keyed into a spreadsheet to produce a score. The same file is entered twice by two different people before any decision has been made.
- The data already exists. Everything requested in applications already exists in files they have.
- The analyst types it again. Financial figures are often re-keyed by hand to get a score out of a spreadsheet.
- The file waits. Two missing documents chased by email while the customer wonders what happened.
- The record ages. Accurate on the day it was signed, drifts from that day forward.
With Sweet
Upload, score, decide
One journey, from the first upload to the annual review. The same system takes the application, scores it, routes the decision, opens the account and keeps it current.
- Upload — files or photos are uploaded. Each one is classified and analyzed against your document rules and the data needed is extracted, saved, and pre-filled into the application.
- Score — as soon as the required data is known, your scorecard runs. Ratios, benchmarks, weights and adjustment layers all come from a definition your team determines.
- Decide — the file routes to the correct decisioning authority. Approve, add conditions, ask for certain items back, or decline with reason.
Extract, don't ask
The journey opens with a document drop-zone, not a form. Everything a document can supply is extracted, saved, and applied to the application from the start — tax forms, financial statements, voided checks, insurance certificates, licenses, and exemption certificates.
- Confirm, don't type. Every auto filled field is highlighted, so the customer reviews rather than transcribes.
- Only ask once. A business name captured once fills the authorization, agreements, and the scorecard.
- Accuracy you can see. Corrections are recorded in the audit trail, so a figure can be traced back to the document it came from.
Your credit model, versioned, and testable
The score is produced the moment the necessary figures land, with no keying, and every run is recorded with the inputs that made it. Criteria, weights and bands are edited as data: change them, test the change against known cases, compare two versions side by side, then publish.
The record stays true after the decision
Approval automatically creates the account with its financing limit, rating, and the review cycle its rating dictates. Statements are auto-requested on that cycle, new figures are re-scored, and automatic tests run before anything lands on a desk. Certificates track their own expiration: outreach starts at the lead time you set, and reminders stop the moment the document is received.
Change the process without changing the software
Forms, workflows, scorecards, benchmarks, authority bands, permission tiers, document rules, and reminder cadences are all versioned data. Add a question, a section or a condition, preview it as the customer sees it, and publish a new version. Permission tiers are composed from a capability catalogue and scoped by amount, by team, or to assigned work only.
